The CSP – Permanent Scientific Committee – acts as a permanent cultural and marketing observatory in relation to the I.DoT exhibitions and events and has an important role of programmatic consultation. To bring out this task the Committee, appointed by the secretarial staff, avails itself with professionals and external consultations in order to satisfy specific situations; the CSP gives its contribute to the I.DoT project through periodic meetings, co-ordinating the activities of the Research Groups of Milan Politecnico and nominating every two years the Critical Selection Committee that singles out the 100 best objects of Italian design from the recent production.
Nominated by the CSP, the CCS – Committee Critical Selection – singles out the 100 best products of Italian design, among the candidates selected by the Research Groups of Milan Politecnico. The CCS is compounded by important personalities of the academic world and of the main institutions throughout the world that deal with contemporary design, besides important names fo the cultural-artistic panorama.
